this is going to be a weird journal, its more a discussion of some recent events in my life. i haven't really sorted these events out in my head yet, and i realize i need to do that, so i figured i'd try and write something down and see if that helps.

Hi, I'm TheNarator. Yes in fact I DID mean to spell it with one 'r', the "technical" spelling is taken as a username everywhere on the freaking internet, so I invented my own. I have another deviantART account, but I mostly use it for fanfiction and checking out fanart (and no I will not tell you what it is unless you ask politely in a note not a comment), so I'm using this one for original works. I have a whole lot of what I can only classify as vignettes, little snippets of nothing in particular that I dreamed up and wrote down while doing nothing, and I wanted to put them somewhere I might conceivably get feed

you're welcome! this is why i love deviantart, you find so much cool stuff with the simplest searches. i found your work by, i think, the search "door" just for fun. i noticed that so few of your pictures had that many comments, and that makes me sad.

I agree, there is plenty of fantastic work on DA. It may be that I just post too mny pics in any one go and not many people see very many of them, but I have noticed the lack of comments on many pictures as well. Some have gotten a lot of attention, though, and I don't feel too unhappy 
I just like to document my work and have a good gallery for people to go look at for when they want to order doors, it gives them lots of ideas. 99.9% of my business is either commission work from local people who saw me at a previous show, or from crafts hows themselves, so if people aren't paying a lot of attention on DA its all good. Thank you again for all of the lovely comments, adding so many of my works to your favorites, and for being generally awesome It is much appreciated also, I love your naked mole rat picture. so freakin scary, and I totally agree. Kim Possible put an unrealistic "cute and cool" twist on what is actually rather unusual and very freaky. gotta love the weird animals too though
